This information is provided by Em@neyPLC pursuant to arts.13 and 14 of EU Reg. 679/16, enforced and in application as from 25/05/2018 for the activities of the processing site, carried out in their premises by the performance of their activities.
Em@ney PLC guarantees compliance with both, the regulations on the protection of personal data and personal protection, and confirms that personal data provided by interested subjects through the various collection channels, directly or indirectly managed by the Data Controller, or acquired from third parties in full compliance with the law, will be treated in a lawful, relevant and correct manner, in compliance with the principles established by EU Reg. 679/16.

The Data Controller is Em@ney PLC, with registered and operative Head Offices in Regent House 4/45, Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM1640, Malta.
Within Em@ney PLC the data concerning you will be processed by authorized personnel or persons appointed by the Data Controller.
The updated list of the authorizedpersonnel for the processing of personal data is available and can be consulted c/o the Company's registered office.
In addition to Em@ney PLC employees, the processing of personal data may also be carried out by third parties, to whom the company assigns certain activities (or part of them) related or instrumental to the processing of services or the provision of the offered services.
In such case, the same subjects are operating as autonomous owners, co-owners, or will be appointed Managers, persons incharge or persons authorized to the treatment.
Type of data processed
The collection and consequent processing of data is carried out by the Owner at the company's Headquarters or by companies appointed by the same and also through its portal www.emoneyplc.eu in compliance with the security measures and provisions of the Laws for the processing of personal data in force.
Only personal data related to, for example, name and surname, tax code, VAT number, residence, domicile, place of business, e-mail orPEC address, telephone or fax number, etc., will be used.
All data transferred by the users while such users / visitors connect to this site or through any other form of written or verbal communication, send their personal data to access certain services, or, to make requests via e-mail, it will result in the acquisition of such data by Em@ney PLC and / or third parties together with which Em@ney PLC is providing the service requested by the user / visitor; such data will be processed exclusively to respond to the request, or for the provision of the service in accordance with this Policy.
Purpose of the treatment
The processing of personal data, telephone and telematics addresses is essential to meet the requests of users, visitors and customers.
The contribution is therefore mandatory, not being able, in case of non-release of the consent or revocation of the same, to execute a treatment (legitimate interest).
It is necessary to point out that any incorrect or insufficient communication of the requested data may result in the total or partial impossibility of satisfying the requests of the interested party and the possible mismatch of the treatment results with respect to the agreements entered into or the obligations imposed by regulations and rules.
In particular, the processing of personal data will be aimed at providing services, in favour of users / visitors/ customers, related to the stipulation and execution of the contract for the purchase of materials, publications and content.
Period of retention of personal data
The data collected for the purposes indicated above will be processed and stored for the time necessary to fulfil them and in any case for no more than 3 years from the date on which we receive the consent of the interested party.
Exercisable rights
Right of access: obtain confirmation that personal data concerning you is being processed and, in this case, receive information concerning, specifically: treatment purposes, categories of personal data processed and retention period, recipients to whom these can be communicated (art.15, GDPR 679/2016).
Right of rectification: obtain the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you and the integration of incomplete personal data (Article 16, GDPR 679/2016).
Right to be forgotten: obtain the cancellation of personal data concerning it in the cases provided for by the GDPR (Article 17, GDPR 679/2016).
Right of limitation: obtain from the joint owners the limitation of processing, in the cases provided for by the GDPR (Article 18, GDPR 679/2016).
Right to portability: receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, the personal data concerning you provided to the joint owners, as well as obtaining that the same are transmitted to another owner without impediments, in the cases provided by the GDPR (Article 20, GDPR 679/2016).
Opposition right: oppose the processing of personal data concerning you, unless there are legitimate reasons for the joint owners to continueprocessing (Article 21, GDPR 679/2016).
